I was reading this blog post from one of my favorite idle-time websites (I also find pretty fantastic recipes from the sister site, so it is somewhat useful sometimes!) and I thought I would share it with you. <\/p>\n
It is a blog post about self-esteem from a currently practicing therapist who is has a self-proclaimed obsession with self-esteem and the whole concept behind it in our society today.
