Week three was…

Interesting….I worked out a total of four times. Not as many as last week, but not bad.

I still have lost no weight. I don’t feel like I’ve gained any muscle either.

I am sleeping better at night on days I work out.

We are also going to start the Visalus challenge…well, Hubbin is starting the actual weight loss challenge. I can’t because I am nursing Baby Girl. But I will be having a shake twice a day. Anyway we will see how it goes!
